What Is An Alkaline Diet?
Tropical / Alkaline fruits directly to you in UK!
Ready to read more and see for yourself!
Alkaline fruits are fruits that have a alkaline affect on the body. Whilst most fruits are considered alkaline, there are some that have an especially high pH - the pH scale runs from 0-14, where foodstuffs with a pH level of 0-6 are classed as acidic (0 being the most), and those in the 8-14 range are classed as alkaline; 7 is neutral and considered the ideal pH level of the body. Indeed, navigating an alkaline diet can be difficult because even fruits that we consider acidic still have an alkaline effect on the body. For example, key limes have a rather acidic pH, yet they actually have an alkalizing effect on the body.
Alfredo Bowman, as known as Dr. Sebi has inspired many to change to an alkaline vegan diet, which has many benefits to our body in terms of reducing mucus. The alkaline diet is like the opposite of man made or hybrid foods. Food which isn’t grown in nature such as Crips can have serious consequences to your body’s health; even your mind. Hybrid fruits are when two fruits are combined or bred to make a new variety of fruit. These are just as bad for your body. TRAPTROPICAL, just like Dr. Sebi strongly recommend you eating natural food with as little as possible human interaction.
Dr sebi explained his theory that diseases thrive in an acidic environment. By consuming alkaline food it creates an environment which disease struggle to survive.
Adapting a Alkaline Diet
The beginning of adjusting can be challenging, but by changing your food list, adapting to a healthy lifestyle and organising your time schedule properly you’d be able to combine alkaline foods together to eat fresh or cook full and energising meals!
The change of lifestyle would have a quick impact on digestive system’s health. The natural ingredients and minerals in the fruits reacts with your GI tract, which helps those with digestive issues. The alkaline diet is also often used to get rid of back problems and other aches.
