More exotic fruits in your diet can positively improve the body and mind. Dr. sebi explained and demonstrated how society should ‘Let food be thy medicine’ because of the various health benefits found in fresh tropical fruits.  Dr. Sebi in particular has inspired us as a business to find as many fruits, herbs and remedies around the world to enable this. One question we are frequently asked is what's your mission or what's the purpose of our business. Here we are today presenting a few new recipes to make our mission to help YOU try every possible fruit on earth as enjoyable and loving as possible!

Here’s a list of some exotic fruits and herbs that are packed with medicinal health benefits:

(They're included in some of our recipes down below!)

Soursop - Soursop, also known as graviola, guanabana, and guyabano is a delicious fruit in high demand because of the health benefits it's believed to have such as protecting cells from enviromental damage which may cause cancer. The leaves are great for back pain in tea, boosting immunity & treating sleeplessness . The flavour of the soursop fruit has been described as a combination of strawberry and pineapple, with citrus flavour notes contrasting with an underlying creamy texture reminiscent of coconut and banana! We choose to source soursop from the Caribbean islands of St Lucia, Grenada and Jamaica!

Key limes - It is smaller and seedier, with a higher acidity, a stronger aroma, and a thinner rind, than other limes. It is valued for its unique flavour compared to other limes. Better alternative to lemons which people argue is a man made fruits and isn't as good as it may seem. Key limes help balance PH, promote weight loss, removes mucus & lowers blood sugars.

Seamoss - Did you know that sea moss contains 92 out of the 102 minerals and vitamins that the human body needs,  great for improving mental and emotional health, joint related pain, boost metabolism and lastly it's used for face masks and creams for skin and really good for hair.

This breed of sea moss (St Lucian) is highly regarded for its quality and flavour and is believed to be of superior quality because it's made up primarily of young shoots / tendrils that surround the thicker central stem. This sea moss is also believed to be particulatly nutrient dense because of the rocks that it grows on and the minerals it leeches from them.
